At Fanoor Qatar, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are custom-made and personalized, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Custom-Made Products

All keychains are made according to the customization details provided by the customer, including plate numbers, text, and design selections.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong customization was produced by Fanoor Qatar.
• The product received is significantly different from the order placed.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing errors made by Fanoor Qatar.
• Damaged products upon delivery.
• Orders that cannot be fulfilled by Fanoor Qatar.

Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product.

After verification, a replacement may be arranged at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibility

Fanoor Qatar is not responsible for:

• Incorrect plate numbers submitted by the customer.
• Spelling mistakes provided during checkout.
• Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
